Pension Information Statement

The Pension Information Statement is a one-page document that provides details of your current pension status. It is available through On-Line Services at the end of December of each year and mailed out in January. Pension recipients registered for On-Line Services have the option to sign up for email notifications of when their statements are ready through JOEL. Please note - a hard copy will not be forwarded through the mail if you select this option. (Scroll down the page for more information on JOEL.)

Pension Information Statements are also mailed out each time there is a change to the amount of your pension deposited. 

Pension Update Newsletter

The Pension Update Newsletter covers general ATRF information and current events that are of interest to our pensioners. The Newsletter is available on our website at the end of December of each year and is mailed with the January Pension Information Statements. To access the online version of the Pension Update Newsletter, click on Publications & Forms > Newsletters.

Income Tax Information Slips

The Canada Revenue Agency requires that all Income Tax Information slips are mailed by February 28 of each year however ATRF typically mails these out in early February. Pension recipients who are registered for On-Line Services are able to view/print their Income Tax Information slips sooner by accessing our secure website in early January. Pension recipients have the option to sign up for email notifications of when the slips are available through JOEL (details below). You will still receive a hard copy in the mail. 

Prior year tax slips may also be accessed through On-Line Services at any time. 

Join Our Email List (JOEL)

For information on how to receive these documents and other ATRF documents electronically, go to the pensioners' main page on our website and click on the 'JOEL' link, under 'RESOURCES', in the sidebar to the left. Note that Pension Information Statements and Income Tax Information Slips are only available to ATRF pensioners currently registered for On-Line Services. If you are not registered, click on the On-Line Services icon in the sidebar - under 'RESOURCES'.
