International Women’s Day 2026

Sunday, March 8 is International Women’s Day (IWD). IWD is an annual world-wide day that is aimed at creating a gender equal world. This year’s theme is #GivetoGain— imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge gender equality.

We’re fortunate to have many women leaders at ATRF, and this year we asked a few of them to share what female leadership means to them.
