Thank you to the thousands of members who shared their feedback through the Fall 2025 Member Survey. Your input gives us a clearer understanding of what’s working well and where improvements matter most, helping guide how we shape services, tools, and communications for members.
What We Heard
Results from the fall survey continue to show strong overall satisfaction with ATRF services.
- Overall satisfaction remains high, with 89% of members reporting confidence in ATRF and the service they receive.
- Customer service remains a key strength, with 94% of members rating their interactions with staff positively.
- Digital experiences received strong ratings, including both the ATRF website and MyPension.
Members also shared valuable, constructive feedback on opportunities to improve MyPension, as well as clarity of information, digital navigation, and supporting materials such as annual statements and reports. This feedback is already being shared across teams and is helping inform ongoing improvements and future updates.
To make survey information easier to find, we’ve also launched a new webpage that tracks recent member survey results. This page will be updated as new surveys are completed.

We’ll be reaching out again soon. The next cycle of the member survey will run from May 25 to June 8. Invitations will be sent by email to 25% of members with email addresses.
